Responsibilities:
- Transform raw data into actionable insights and clear visualizations for stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth drivers.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast business trends.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
