Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to solve business problems and identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and integration from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a compelling, non-technical manner.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and query performance to improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Must be willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC (Relocation package included).
