Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable insights through advanced statistical analysis and modeling.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, and Operations to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
- Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Expert-level knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
