Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Develop complex SQL queries and perform statistical analysis to identify key business trends and opportunities.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize performance metrics and KPIs.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership, translating technical findings into business value.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data pipelines and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is required.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences clearly.
