Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support business reporting.
- Create interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to identify data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all data warehouses.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
