- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high-quality inputs for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Visualization: Design intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data workflow efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and Python/R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Excel.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business value.
