Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Design and implement scalable data models and architectures to support complex business requirements.
- Advanced Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) that provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and executive teams to translate data findings into actionable business strategies.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all systems and reporting pipelines.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose technical solutions for automation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries), Python or R, and ETL processes.
- Tools: Extensive experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and spreadsheets (Excel).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex problems through data-driven methodologies.
