Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines to collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and business metrics
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance
- Create comprehensive data reports and presentations for stakeholders across engineering, marketing, and product teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and ensure data quality standards
- Lead ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and answer critical business questions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a tech or data-driven environment
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders
