Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and patterns
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and narratives
- Support A/B testing initiatives and provide recommendations based on statistical analysis
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience (internships accepted)
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects (required)
