We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our healthcare and retail clients with flexible hours (20-25 hrs/week). Collaborate with dynamic teams in our downtown Nashville office to deliver impactful insights that drive strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop automated data pipelines for improved efficiency
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through quality checks and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of Python/R preferred
