Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for real-time business monitoring
- Develop statistical models to forecast market behavior and optimize operational efficiency
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership through compelling visual narratives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipelines and ETL processes
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience with regression, clustering, and time series analysis
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business strategies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
