Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection pipelines and quality
- Present findings to leadership teams through compelling data narratives and presentations
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with proven impact in tech or SaaS industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
