Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead statistical analysis projects including A/B testing, regression modeling, and predictive analytics
- Translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations for C-suite executives
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy, compliance, and security
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI (certification a plus)
- Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
