Job Overview:
As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will bridge the gap between development and operations. You will be responsible for architecting resilient, high-performance cloud environments on major platforms like AWS or Azure. Your work will ensure 99.99% uptime and optimal cost-efficiency for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Ensure high availability, security, and compliance of cloud resources.
- Collaborate with DevOps and software engineering teams to automate deployment processes.
- Conduct cloud cost analysis and implement strategies to reduce operational expenses.
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting for complex cloud-related issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering or DevOps.
- Strong proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP with at least one certified.
- Expert knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and virtualization.
