Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to optimize supply chain operations
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision support
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for user experience improvements in FordPass
- Collaborate with ML engineers to validate algorithm performance metrics
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders using compelling data storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of data analysis experience in tech/manufacturing
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL
- Advanced certification in cloud analytics (AWS/Azure Data Engineer)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data visualization projects
- Experience with time-series forecasting for industrial applications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
