Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Perform user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover pain points and validate design assumptions.
- Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, low-fidelity sketches, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- UI Design: Develop clean, modern, and accessible user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and WCAG standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and refine our internal design system to ensure consistency across all client deliverables.
- Feedback Integration: Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and user testing results.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing case studies.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Principles: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
