Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines to transform raw data into analysis-ready datasets
- Develop advanced SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets
- Create interactive Tableau/Power BI dashboards that communicate insights to executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to validate business hypotheses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data-driven solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across all analytics projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills including hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data projects and visualizations
