Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI for executive reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, and Product) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting standards.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Produce clear, concise, and compelling reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial services, equity, or investment banking sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and database management.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and modeling.
- Expertise in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights.
