- Translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations through compelling narratives
- Collaborate with product teams to optimize KPIs and A/B testing frameworks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analytics experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with dashboard development experience
