Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify actionable business insights
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Present findings through clear visualizations and written reports tailored to technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipeline integrity and quality
- Monitor KPIs and create automated reporting systems for ongoing performance tracking
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests to address urgent business questions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for business stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data tools is a plus
