Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support business reporting needs.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Clean, validate, and transform raw data into structured datasets for analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to define data requirements.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, non-technical manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
