Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track business metrics
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership through clear, concise reports
- Maintain and optimize data quality frameworks and governance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Databricks)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
