Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Perform deep-dive analysis on customer behavior, market trends, and operational metrics
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate business hypotheses
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data findings into product improvements
- Create SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction and transformation
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau or Power BI certification
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
