Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop statistical models to forecast business metrics and optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- A/B test design and implementation to validate product and marketing hypotheses
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality checks and documentation practices
- Present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Excellent communication abilities to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and ETL processes
