Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines using Python and SQL to process terabytes of transactional data
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance metrics for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends in user behavior and product performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track success metrics
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership that inform strategic decisions
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/Redshift) and Python (Pandas/NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau or Power BI certification with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Strong statistical modeling experience (regression, clustering, time series)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
