- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various databases and perform statistical analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to track campaign performance and operational efficiency.
- Identify data gaps and propose solutions to improve data quality and integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
