Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy.
- Design and develop interactive, executive-level dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences in clear, concise, and compelling presentations.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Partner with the engineering team to maintain data pipelines and warehouse architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) including complex queries and joins.
- Strong working knowledge of visualization tools: Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
