Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines for real-time analytics
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental data governance practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
