In this role, you will act as a bridge between our technical teams and executive leadership, ensuring our data infrastructure supports scalable growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to ensure high data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis to forecast trends and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and analytical findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce latency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of statistical principles, A/B testing, and regression analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
