Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify business trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
- Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure data security and compliance with internal and external standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex problems.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively articulate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
