You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, optimize operations, and deliver compelling visualizations that shape our strategic direction.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical modeling to measure campaign effectiveness
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical tools
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau or Power BI for data visualization
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Strong business acumen with experience translating data into strategy
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
