- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Support A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, compelling narratives
- Maintain data quality standards and implement data governance best practices
- Drive continuous improvement of analytics processes and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical analysis
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategy
- Experience in financial services or SaaS industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present to non-technical audiences
