Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data sets for stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth data mining, cleaning, and transformation to ensure the highest quality of data integrity for analysis.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize business processes.
- Produce clear, concise, and actionable insights through ad-hoc analysis and long-term trend forecasting.
- Automate reporting workflows using Python or SQL to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Stored Procedures, Window Functions) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong working knowledge of visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
