Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust ETL pipelines using Python and SQL to transform raw data into clean, analysis-ready datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support evidence-based recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics against organizational goals
- Present analytical insights through compelling narratives and data-driven storytelling to senior leadership
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with federal regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with demonstrated expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Experience working with federal contracting datasets or public sector data highly valued
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
