Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and interpret large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visual reports (using Tableau or Power BI) to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- SQL & ETL: Write complex SQL queries and support ETL processes to automate data extraction and reporting workflows.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business units to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver insights that drive revenue and operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that summarize business performance and forecast future trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to translate data into business value.
Responsibilities
- Collect and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.
