Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify actionable business insights
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize digital marketing campaigns and user experiences
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and implement tracking systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
