Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data models using SQL, Python, and AWS services
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Develop automated ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations for business growth
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Proven track record of translating data into strategic business decisions
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI strongly preferred
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Confluence)
