Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate product hypotheses and drive feature optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
- Automate reporting workflows and maintain data governance standards across the organization
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in data documentation and modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in tech/SAAS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design and causal inference
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects with quantifiable results
