Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and executives to define data requirements and answer critical business questions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing, cleaning, and validation processes.
- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data analysis tools and techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
