Responsibilities
- Translate complex datasets into actionable business insights and clear visualizations.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Present findings to executive stakeholders in a compelling, non-technical manner.
- Automate reporting processes to increase team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift or Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
