Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between raw data and strategic business insights. You will own the analytics lifecycle, from data extraction to reporting, helping stakeholders make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable reports.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Perform data cleaning and transformation to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and improve reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
