In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize business processes, and drive strategic decision-making. You will be the bridge between complex data sets and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to support business planning.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders highlighting findings and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is required.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
