- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions
- Present complex findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Develop scalable data models and pipelines to support analytical workflows

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact in tech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design and hypothesis testing
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
