Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify business trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and analytical findings to support knowledge management.
- Identify and troubleshoot data anomalies and performance issues within data systems.
- Present complex data insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of Python or R for data scripting and analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
