Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to support business operations and strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and translate them into robust analytical solutions.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to predict market trends and customer behavior.
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various relational databases and data warehouses.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data trends and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar quantitative role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) is required.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
