Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop automated dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to measure product performance and user engagement
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline quality and accessibility
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and clear narratives
- mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact in tech or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI skills with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Strong business acumen to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field preferred
