Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for executive stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to optimize marketing campaigns
- Create data visualizations and presentations that translate findings into actionable strategies
- Maintain data integrity through quality control protocols and documentation
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to data governance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience in tech or data-driven environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
