Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Partner with product and marketing teams to design data-driven experiments and A/B tests
- Create automated reporting systems to track business performance and alert stakeholders of critical changes
- Present complex findings to executive leadership through clear, concise data narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation standards
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data analysis projects and visualizations
