Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and analytical frameworks to support business objectives
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis and A/B testing to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipelines and improve data quality
- Translate findings into strategic recommendations that drive revenue and operational efficiency
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact in tech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel functions
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Deep understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and data warehousing solutions
