Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership with clear, actionable insights
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for non-technical audiences
- Experience in A/B testing and statistical modeling for business decisions
